Born and raised in Georgia, Bethany Patten displays the kind of southern charm and easy disposition that immediately puts one at ease. But don’t let the good manners fool you. She’s also a seasoned real estate professional, an insightful market analyst and a highly respected negotiator.
A graduate of Trinity College with an MBA from the University of Virginia, Bethany began her career in the fields of Business Development and Investment Banking. Over the course of ten years, demand for her talents moved her through major markets like New York and, ultimately, San Francisco. It was here that she not only discovered her real home, but her true professional calling.
