Bethany is a committed real estate professional who is highly motivated, creative, service-oriented and loves working with her clients. Bethany is an expert in contract negotiation, analyzing industry data and providing her clients with an in-depth knowledge of market trends. She began her real estate career following a ten year career in Business Development and Investment Banking in the Media and Technology industries in New York and San Francisco. San Francisco real estate is her passion.
Bethany is a native of the South who moved to San Francisco after earning her MBA from the University of Virginia. She received a BS in Psychology from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. In addition to real estate, she enjoys playing tennis and golf and traveling.
Lee Ann Monfredini is a San Francisco native and loves working and living in the City. Her real estate career encompasses representing buyers and sellers of large single family homes, condominiums and multi unit apartment buildings in all areas of the City. She has worked in sales and marketing for over 20 years for both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors before entering into the real estate field. Lee Ann owns several properties in the San Francisco Bay Area and Napa and knows that San Francisco real estate is always the smartest investment.
She has worked previously as a consultant in health care and organizational development. Lee Ann served as a member of the San Francisco Health Commission for over 12 years ;seven of those years as President and as Chairman of the San Francisco General Hospital Joint Conference committee.
